REDCELL Recruitment Guidelines
Requirements to become a Red Cell Recruit
- Be playing any of the games we officially hold a Guild presence in.
- Make a post on the recruitment forum with your agreement to the CoC, info about yourself and why you want to join, and what game you're playing with us.
- Meet any and all additional game specific requirements for the game which you are joining through. (These additional requirements are listed at the bottom of this page)
- Find a member willing to sponsor your recruitment. As soon as you get a sponsor, your sponsor must post on that thread stating that they are sponsoring your recruitment, and give no less than three reasons why they think you should be a part of Red Cell.
After those steps have been completed, a Leader will post on your recruitment thread with either an approval or a denial of your recruitment application. If your application is approved, you will become a Recruit of Red Cell.
As a Recruit, you'll have a recruitment period of 12 months. After 6 months time as a Recruit, you become elgible to move up from Recruit status to Member status. If you have not become a Member of Red Cell by the end of your 12 month recruitment period, you will be dismissed.
In order to become a Member of Red Cell you need to:
- Gain 5 vouches from Red Cell Members.
- Vouches must be fairly detailed, including no less than three reasons why the recruit would make a good Member. Sponsors are not eligible to vouch for the recruit they are sponsoring. The act of sponsoring shows their belief in the recruit.
- Gain approval from the Game Leadership of the game you're playing, as well as at least one Guild Leader's approval.
If you become a Member, you will be considered a part of Red Cell in all forms, and in all games we play.
